Tolú
The Prefecture of Tolú is a prefecture located to the far west of the Fedeledlandese Empire. It's a very important prefecture because of it's sugar exports and because of it's relatively large population (172,562 according to the most recent census). Tolú had been a rebellious prefecture for long and has just recently been pacified.
